Jennifer L. Ralph, L.C.D.C.
As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (L.C.D.C.), I find professional growth and fulfillment on a daily basis with my paraprofessionals and clients. I have an ever growing passion to see individuals access resources within themselves in order to reach their highest levels of healthy living possible. My experience includes a variety of responsibilities in the adult substance abuse counseling field. I have clinical practice in most evidence based therapies and levels of treatment pertaining to addiction (Detox, Residential, MAT, Outpatient and aftercare). Most recently, I held the Director of Operations position for a local medical stabilization unit inside a hospital. Prior to this position, I was clinical director over a residential facility. Early in my career, I obtained a certification with the State of Texas as a facilitator for the DWI Intervention Repeat Offenders Program and taught this for four years. I have 10 years of working experience with clients who have co-occurring disorders. Two of those years was while I worked closely with Dallas County CSCD as part of the S.T.A.C. (Successful Treatment of Addiction through Collaboration) team in order to positively affect clients throughout the treatment process.
